OS 6 and "Some" themes wont let me change home screen options / wallpaper

Anyone else experience where unless I have default BB theme loaded it won't let me go in and change the wallpaper or fronts (options homescreen) just sorta flashes the screen for a minute and then does nothing.

Is it just that the themes never updated to support OS features etc ?

Most of the themes I use allow wallpaper to change. Only a few that I have tried don't let the wallpaper be changed.

yeah I think it's just some of the themes that don't allow it. Anyway thanks for the file by the way its fine now :)
