The stock one as of now. I've tried out a couple, but always end up going back to the stock one for some reason. There are some cool ones out there though, I just seem to run into an issue

I've been using RedZapper's 3G theme for the last couple of days...now that I've gotten used to it, I'm really loving it. I like having more options without using more real estate. Before this I used the stock Zen theme, just didn't see anything else I liked better. Not even Classique, which everyone but me seems to adore.
I like themes where there has been work done (layout, icons, attention to detail etc).
Not in order of merit:
1. Blackberry Bliss by Dannieloco - I still like this over his newer stuff
2. Foppa 15 Custom icons by Foppa
3. HedoneDesign Berryshell (Premium)
4. 3G9700 by RedZapper
5. Blah by Pootermobile
Amazing, amazing theme. Incredibly clean, minimal, and made for small (size 6 is the default for the theme) fonts. I'm in love. I absolutely hate that most themes, both premium and free, use the default size 8 font for pop-up windows (see: unlock phone screen), etc.

+2. Great minimalist theme, always end up coming back to this one.
Any theme that doesn't have a weblink to the author or ones that have the author on the theme e.g lock screen/main screen.
I know its up to them but to me it sorta ruins the theme just like obvious product placement in films. I also know I can hide the weblinks but even that bugs me lol.
Reverie theme and the uiphone atm are my favourities!

The latest one I made. It has a slick home screen with stock icons. The icons hide halfway down and smoothly slide up one at a time. The banner behind them slides up too as each icon is highlighted. This is the smoothest moving theme I've ever seen (It looks way better on the actual device).
BTW: The lock screen does a cool trick too, but I won't explain that.
