I have recently purchased a new theme from crackberry and from my phone have downloaded it. However, it is not showing up in my download folder and I am unable to locate it. I have tried to go to menu --> options --> theme options to change the theme and it is not listed (only the factory defaults). Is there a process that I am missing. Please someone help me

Are your sure you downloaded the correct version??? You have to be sure it's was built for your device, and major OS version (OS 5.0 if you do have the 9700).

Check the applications list to see if it's there. If it is and you can set it as the theme it's either for the wrong device or the wrong OS.

bingo... thats the only reason why it wouldnt be listed is if you have a theme installed that isnt supported by your OS...
