    Usually the themes are ota meaning you download them right to the phone using the browser

    You need either WinZip or 7zip to unzip files.

    To load themes through DM you would need to do the following;

    1) Download theme file. Save to a location you can easily find.
    2) Unzip the file using WinZip or 7zip.
    3 Plug device into computer, run DM.
    4) Select Application Loader > Add/Replace Applications.
    5) Select "Browse" (the button is under the list of applications)
    6) Locate the unzipped files and select the .alx file.
    7) Wait for it to load then make sure the box next to the theme name has a check in it & says "add" or "install".
    8) Select next until it starts to load.
    9 Do not touch the device until DM says the application was successfully installed

    This method only works with .alx files so if you are dealing with a .jad & several .cod files you will have to use a different method to install from your media card.

    Your options for themes will be very limited though as most developers only post ota links. If you find one you like I would suggest emailing the developer for an .alx file to install via desktop.
