Ive got a question about this Theme, in the description stands that analog Clock and a Calender app is available for the Theme, but you cant read anywhere how much it costs.
** much do the two Apps for the Theme costs? And where can i download it?

The instructions to download are also there... just click on the 9700 box and add to cart

The Clock and Calendar apps are 'Infused' into the theme... ie. they're included

Looks like they are included in the theme, but only for a 7 day trial period, then you have the option to purchase them at a discounted rate from the links within the theme.
