Request - thin banner minimalist

I should be getting my 9700 tomorrow, YAY, coming over from the 8300. I was wondering if anyone could do a theme similar to this one:

I like ONLY a top or bottom banner (or one of each), very thin, NO icons, NO weather slot, nothing outside of the banner, just the thin banner so I can show off my pics. Can anyone do this for me?

P.S. It doesn't have to be pink, my fav color is actually blue.

Look here for a theme called "Reverie" - it's one of the best in what you're looking for.
