I'd like a theme like this but for the 9700... I have a wallpaper. How do I create a theme and/or icons?

That person used photoshop. you can use the web to find images that u want to you.. Then use photoshop to erase the background and make it 80 x 80 pixels big and save it as a png. It'll take time but worth it if ud really like. Or you can ask that themer to make it for the 9700 model. Maybe he would even share his icons with you.
