QuickLaunch "Universal Search" shortcut for 9700 to help with new themes

I think most of the new themes that I've tried so far do not allow the "s" hotkey to bring up the Universal Search.

The QuickLaunch developer told me that he will add a "Universal Search" shortcut to QL within two days.

Right now, QL can be used to invoke "Search," which then prompts "Global Search is being replaced. Launch Universal Search instead?" This annoying window comes up every time, so we'll have a fix soon through QL.

I added the S shortcut to Universal Search in the latest version of my leebo theme.
