I mean the black shadows in the top and bottom, I have one for the 8900 (not ota) but desktop manager says its not compatible can anyone hook me up please? No today or weather please

I don't like the shadows because I can't appreciate my wallpaper..

I second this! I'm desperate not to have those shadows, makes me think my screen is smaller, hate the optical illusion it creates, and not being able to see all my wallpaper!

I don't want to add anything to desktop either, like weather etc. I'm in the UK, it's just too changeable and random for me to trust a weather app :-)
