It's an option offered by the weather program Berry Weather, you can choose to display a temperature thermometer in the notification area of your theme.

The only thing that's consistently throwing me off about this is the BBM icon. It just doesn't feel like it fits somehow, it's a gut reaction I can't shake for some reason. Other than that all of the usual standouts are there: transitions, colourful custom icons, etc.

Is this a wallpaper or theme thread, and why is posting a "screenshot/wallpaper seriously encouraged?" IMO, its a cheap way to keep these threads at the top of the page by having peeps posting screenies all day.. I thought there were other threads for that??

All I see in Danni's threads are people posting walls and Rochelle/Roxy playing moderator...
