In this YouTube video, the third theme (his #1 theme) is the one I am looking for. I've searched on the little bit that he says in the video, but I can't find it. He said he was going to put links along with the video, but there are none.

Does anyone know what theme this is?

I'm not sure where to find that theme, because it is for the original Bold 9000. However, it looks like it is simply the standard Precision theme with an extra row of icons. Onyxia may be a suitable alternative to that theme if you are unable to locate it.
