Currently I'm using Classique Docked for 9700 theme. It's one of my favourite.
I've got BeDroid. Its a nice theme.

I used Reverie and think it's a darn good theme, but now I'm using this. It allows for more customization of the buttons on the home screen, allows 9 custom icons, the space bar for SMS and 0 for bringing up your WIFI connections. You can get Quicklaunch as one of your icons as well. Give it a look.
This is by FAR the best theme I have ever used and was so happy when it got ported over from the 9000 to the 9700.

Reverie all the way....makes any wallpaper look good and quicklaunch top right makes it the fastest theme I have ever had. I also like the transition where things fade in and out...
