Gmail Icon within theme help.

Once I have installed a theme on my 9700 my gmail email account icon always reverts back to original precision theme icon which can look out of place within a new theme. Is there a way to allow to take the current themes icon? Also can I use themes from say the 8900 and 9630 forum? Will these display correct on my 9700? Thanks in advance.

ya im in the same boat as you with the new theme i downloaded my first email icon changes to the new theme one...however the gmail one manages to stay the original icon which does look out of place
