In order to see the items on the screen, you need to download the Hidden Today version. The No Hidden Today does not display any of the items.

The update I posted should have handled that for you. I know it is working on mine. You can scroll up or down with the new update.

Just scroll up or down. This seems to be a issue with composer/theme builder where it does not default the focus icon to the next icon that is not hidden. You just have to physically scroll up or down if you see the focus icon. This happens because you hide the dock while the focus icon is still on one of the icons in the dock.

I get that too, what I do is when I am done using the bottom dock, I scroll down and then hit the back button. You only get the blue square if you are still focused on the dock and then make it disappear.
