One way you can have a screen of your wallpaper of choice is to get a locking app that will allow you to customize your lockscreen wallpaper.

I left the option out of this theme because the homescreen is already mostly covered with blossoms and banners, and the stock wallpaper goes well with the white font for easy viewing.

There are a couple different ones, I know that BerrySlider is a good one. I would just use the stores search feature and make sure the app can be used for your device.

I got the app, I do wish I could change the wallpaper, the blossoms are nice but it can look plain esp when nothing is showing in the middle. The only other thing is the time is small, hard to read. The font is nice, nicely made theme! Ooh something else, I like your flowers as the battery meter and servive meter but I think the faded color should be as the meter gets lower, you know? Stronger color for the most service/ battery power.
Also can you make a today plus version?
