It's foppa15 theme with custom icons. I have it loaded on my 9700.
Goto 9630 theme forum and u will find it there

Hey sorry Crackleberry I am sorry I thought you saw my reply on the "post your 9700 screen" when you asked. It is Foppa 15 with custom icons. Find it on the Tour theme forum.
