On page 5 of that thread, a few members have asked if available on Tour or Bold 9700. The OP has not responded yet. Seems like he keeps good track. I have not seen it here as of yet. But maybe the developer is working on a version. May try asking again if any plans in the works.

I use 9700 themes on my 9630 and never had any problems

I think the 8900 themes may also work. You may want to check with someone smarter than me but I have used both on my Tour.
