There is no "BEST" theme for the Bold. It's all about personal preference.

Here is my favorite:

Mine is the Today Bold theme and can be found in the 9000 theme forum for a free OTA download

I've tried a bunch of different themes including some of the more professional looking paid for ones and I've yet to find one that is lag free and doesn't have something wrong with it. Granted, I'm a bit anal so poor choices of colors or font sizes or one horrible icon will kill a theme for me. I always fall back on the standard Precision theme.

At some point I'm probably going to muck around with Plazmic.
