I've seen many of themes for the bold, with a weather icon on the front and the temeprature? What app is that? and what theme. Anyone know?

There are several different weather apps, such as Weatherbug, BB Weather, and Weathereye. Take a look at each of them and see which one works for you.

As for the theme, any theme which states that i has a slot for weatherbug, (abbreviated W/B) will give you this result.
