I will most likely start makin themes once i get my windows, i was wondering if anyone thinks the idea of a theme subscription service is good? like u pay like a flat fee and u get all the themes i release that year. feedback please
yeah thats what i was thinking like once a month or one every two or three weeks, like you can either buy themes singly, but if you really like the themes, you can choose a cheaper way and purchase a subscription for like 15 to 20 dollars and you get a theme every time one comes out
I'm kind of late to this party(thread), but this does sound like a great idea. I think most of us already pay between 60 and 100 dollars per month for the phone service so what's another few bucks to have an "all you can eat" access to some themes?
I thinks that's a pretty good idea.
You'd probably have to set some serious rules for the memebers as I can see a ton of requests/modification requests from folks that feel they have the right to it being a "subscribed member" if a theme is not to their liking.
I guess that's another point. People seem to have specific preferences with their themes and no matter how good of a designer you are, yure bound to make a theme(s) that some member don't particularly like .... I see this resulting in a number of complaints or requests.
All in all .... I like the idea provided people know exactly what they're paying for

i have a subscription with nancy drew for my bold themes and i pay $6 for 10 themes each month... and its awesome.. i have the option of not renewing my subscription. what i like is that i get them in zip files..so i can delete and put them back whenever i want...with the option to tweak one theme ...
