    i got thhis theme for my bold today.

    Bplay : BlackBerry Themes : iBerry Neo Today Plus

    i like most aspects and most of the icons, but there are things i would like to change, like the main screen and they way the shortcuts appear, and which ones.. the small ones i mean. i already know how to move the main ones around.

    I looked at the theme and I'm not seeing which ones you're wanting to move. Most themes are as you see them.

    They are there to stay. Most themes main page isn't customizable. Sometimes the bottom row.

    They are done using the composer in the CDK.
    There is a nice tutorial here: flick n slide tutorial

    Its a little long, but its got some good information.

    You can't edit a theme unless the developer gives you the .thm (I thik that's what it is) file for you to mess with.

    Some themes lock things in place. This is one reason I don't buy themes that do this. I like to have things where I want them.
