Ok. What i did was, change my theme to the original theme, and back to my favourite theme.
The background wallpaper is the original wallpaper when i go into the menu.

And I have double mail icon.. -.-
I have not had this issue. Although i made a new Today Plus theme for the OS5 sw. if your using a theme from a 4.6 build you will experience some slight issues visually
I have a few double icons as well.. I think thats expected.. I would wait to see if there's any updates for OS 5.0 themes as I'm sure a lot has changed.
I have the same issue as well with OS .411 and one of the themes.
My guess is it is some type of incompatibility
I've had 1 double mail icon show up...other than that my themes have converted over nicely...
if your not attached to it maybe its time to try a different theme? :)

Anyone has the theme..?
look in the themes section of cb forums....lots of themes with more than 6 icons
resend service books should resolve the issue of double mail icons/service book icons (ie Yellowpage mobile and others)
That didn't work but it's ok.. I just hid them, no biggie!
