Okay - after much searching and stuff - and I have hundreds of wallpapers in my collection, I could not find the wallpaper you are specifically looking for. I have several with the Berry symbol on 'em, but not in that color. Also - I am not sure I resized it correctly. Anyway - this is what I came up with....I hope you can use one of these.

It is a remade version of BlackBerry's new OS 6 with full icons and transitions. As the Bold 9000 users will not be receiving OS 6 here's a theme that makes it look like you do. Here's a sneak peak:
