Download an application like "Capture It" or "ZonaSnap", set it to one of your convenience keys, snap the picture, save it to your media card, connect your phone via USB to your computer and upload it to some sort of photo-sharing site like Photobucket. Copy the HTML code of the newly uploaded image and paste it here.

Another option (if you're using ZonaSnap) is to register it with Photobucket - you go into your PB account settings and find your "mobile PIN" number - and it will send the capture directly to Photobucket and the image code back to your phone where it will then paste it into your memo pad. Copy the code out of memo pad, paste it on here, and you're done.
