It's 'Shades of Greyish Blue by Gary Saxon who use to post at PMP but then started his own site and shut that down too because so many people where 'stealing' his themes to post on other sites without his permission.
I have no idea where he is now or if he is still making themes but he was one of the best theme builders.

If anyone knows where he is now please let is know.

LOL...funny enough the same thing happened to me a few nights ago but that was because I deleted the .cod for the default precision theme...LOL...
