It's called Noble and it can be found at the link below. The up arrow pops up a hidden display of eight customizable icons, and the down arrow makes them disappear. Screen shot of them below also.

Sure, but I'll include the original because the picture isn't truly as black as it appears to be, so when I added some black to the top (so that the flowers wouldn't be stretched - I don't have the original and had to redo this from Bold's size) it shows. Not on that theme, but it would on any other theme whose banner was shorter. I just didn't fix it because the banner covered it, so I figured why waste the time. lol Maybe you and your wife will be able to do something that looks better with the original.
