Some excellent themes in here guys and gals.
I am in the process of downloading Plazmic now and will attempt - for the first time ever - to create my own theme for my Bold. I am pretty sure I will just end up buying them but want to try.

Must now do some research for icons, wallpapers etc.......

That is from PimpMyBerry! - Pimp Your BlackBerry! in Tito's section. It's called, "Herom". I'll post the link below. You'll have to have an account with PimpMyBerry to be able to download it, but it's free so it's no big deal.

Custom Theme V183 - No Carrier - Herom (9000) - PimpMyBerry!

As far as installing, just go to PimpMyBerry! - Pimp Your BlackBerry! with on your Blackberry browser, click the OTA download link, and download the theme. When you're done go to options (on your phone)>theme>and select the theme named Herom.
