E-Mobile Today looks good! Send support an e-mail (as I did) and ask for version 4.0. They said it is going to be release next week, but I sent them my OS and purchase # and asked them for the OTA and they sent it to me. It has some added features that are very good!

I got it from vladstudio.com. Pretty neat site (although you'll have to visit it from a desktop computer to get the full effect). Most of the wallpapers I've seen there are free for the phone sizes.
