Sure. I don't know which theme you were referring to, so I'll post both.

The top one is the "iVista2" theme by Z Man Designs and is here in the Crackberry store.

The second one is in Tito's section at PimpMyBerry and is called, "V173 - No Carrier - HTer (9000)".
