I made it for my own use and I'm still tweaking it.
I'll see if I can release it (free of course) in a couple of days in the themes section.

They are both found at PimpMyBerry! - Pimp Your BlackBerry! in Tito's section. The top one is called, "V169 - No Carrier - Texx Series (9000)", and the second with the words scrolling vertically is called, "V172 - No Carrier - TxtUp (9000)". I'll post the links to them below, but if you don't have an account with pimpmyberry you'll have to create one before you'll be able to download. They are great themes and best of all, they're free!
