oh sorry, you mean how do I keep them on the desktop? You have to download the zip file instead if you want it to stay on your PC.
So when you see a theme, you have two download options (most of the time). There is a OTA which is the direct download to your berry and the Zip file. The zip file you save to your computer's desktop. Then you right click and extract the file. From there, you open desktop manager and load the theme via App Loader. Once you click app loader, you will be able to see the theme you saved to your desktop.
