I want to thank you guys for this great post but I have one question how do you delete a theme I thought you just go to theme and delete them but I am not getting that option

Options>Advanced options>Applications>scroll to the theme and then hit the BB button and scroll to delete.

how do you get your messages or calender to appear on the main screen like that? is that part of the theme/wallpaper. I've seen a bunch of other ppl do this and was curious

It is theme related. Today themes or Today Plus themes will get you that screen. Go to Crackberry store and search themes that say Today and Today Plus. There are also free themes in the forums under Blackberry Bold Themes.
