Here is one that I just finished this evening. The bottom icons wrap left and right. They are fixed icons and can't be customized.

New to changing themes and just had a quick question...
Any time I try to change the theme to one that I have downloaded, it takes a while for the phone to take to the changes. Last time I tried it I got the waiting timeclock icon every time I tried to click on something. This went on for like 5 minutes and finally took the battery out and rebooted it. After that, still took a little bit to get back to the themes option to change it back to default Today theme.
Is that normal?

Mine changes very smoothly and quick the hourglass thing usally only happens when I wipe the device and chsnge the os as it is opening things for the first time

Usually its a memory issue. Depends on the size of your new theme and your free memory, etc. You might want to do a reset/battery pull after installing if its a major issue.

That being said, it takes 30-60 seconds sometimes for me to switch over. There's SOME lag sometimes.

Got it installed and seems to be working pretty well. A slight lag the first time I use any new icon for the first time, but other than that it's good.
