i actually found that icon set on a icon webpage and it doesnt have nearly as many as his so that means he made some of his own which definitly looks great!

Plazmic Blossom Bottom Zen. when you scroll over an icon, the corner curls up...

wish I could figure how to upload the full size image from photobucket...

Nope, tried box.net, won't work unless i'm doing something wrong? Anyone got anymore suggestions?

It needs to be on a proper web site in its own folder, I have my own but obviously that costs me.

Why don't you try a free website provider?
I did a quick search and found Free Web Hosting Services -- 50megs.com given that a theme is only about 500Kb you should be able to host plenty. I know it has ads but you only need to provide a link for the OTA.
