Looking for my old theme...

I had a theme file name hvscroller or something like that and I have had my bb replaced and lost everything...wasn't able to back up or anything and now I can't remember where I got it from months ago...

it had two bars that popped out on the left and on the bottom. it also had a black box in the top right hand corner with my time and date and things like that...

can anyone help me by either posting the link or emailing it to me...
