Does anyone know where can i get a bold theme with Hidden Today function and Weatherbug + 8 icons at the buttom

Try this one. It has weather and two hidden docks, one for "regular" apps and another for "today" apps. The latter causes the screen to darken so you can see the previews no matter what type of wallpaper you use. Pretty slick.
