Has anyone found a theme that works like it should with .509 yet? One that won't show a white page on the home screen after a re-start.

What theme are you currently using? All of the 5.0 compatible themes I have used all render as they should.

I am currently using the Reverie HTW_Bold with weather slot theme. It looks like the attached.
After a re-start of the phone, when you push the BB button the screen is all white.

I've yet to encounter that white screen issue in the last few builds of OS 5, I thought that was an issue with one of the older OS builds, not the themes.

So far, all of mine are working well with the .509 os. I've yet to see a white screen on any of the 5.0's actually.

That happens to mine when I use themes made for OS 4.6.

I'll go one further with that: I will assume it only happens on themes made for 4.6 that the user has changed to a custom wallpaper for their home screen. Theme Studio (used for OS5 themes) corrected the glitch that switched wallpapers on the app screen to match the home screen. The old Theme Builder (for 4.6 themes) had that glitch. The theme probably wants to use the home screen wallpaper but doesn't have access to it for that screen.

Just a guess.

I have no problems with .509 (Precison7 v.3.4) but 3.2 and 3.3 work like a charm as well. I think that cavingjan has a point. I found that making the themes from scracth in Theme Builder5 rather than just taking the 4.6 and re-exporting then generally gives e better result.

Can anyone point me to some OS 5 themes??? I guess I might be finding OS 4.6 themes only.

Other than that, OS .509 is running very nicely....cleared up some memory, browser running faster & really like the texting feature of just hitting enter & sending your msg....(I just upgrade to OS 5, so I'm not sure if this was a feature on earlier OS 5's....but pretty cool either way).

Same here. Decided to use the stock theme for the time being, I dont like that white screen on the icons.

I even tried, what I had done earlier....popping out the battery & no more white screen!!
