Is there a way I can take a theme that I bought or downloaded and add some stuff to it? Like if I wanted to change an icon or something? I keep finding themes that are almost perfect but just not quite there.

And how do I delete a theme from my bold?

Unfortunatly you can not edit/change a theme you downloaded. Only the original artist can.
To delete a theme you downloaded go to options>advanced>applications ..... Scroll to the theme you want to delete, hit the menu button and select 'delete'.
