Calendar Problem & Today Theme

I am having a problem with my calendar and the today theme. Since Ive upgraded to the new facebook, i cant get the calendar to show on the today screen.

So I deleted the facebook CICAL service book, changed my theme and changed it back. That fixes it, but only temporarily. When i restart my phone, it facebook CICAL comes back and becomes the default calendar under my today theme.

Is there anything I can do to permanently fix this, such as changing the default calendar, make it so the facebook calendar never appears, or changing all my appointments to the facebook calendar?
