Try browsing this forum, the majority of the themes here are either 5.0 or both 4.6 and 5.0 compatible.

there are many.. but the ones that use SVG may have a little more than those themes that dont. Memory leaks are not always theme related tho, and most of the times they arent. It has more to do with the apps you have installed, and whether or not you run theme throughout the day. Also, the amount of web browsing you do will use up memory too.. causing users to think there's a memory leak..(which is really a false term we use to describe memory being used. Memory doesnt leak anywhere, it gets used up by apps, browsing, sending msgs, and maybe even themes)

Memory leaks are not always theme related tho, and most of the times they arent.
On the contrary, most memory problems are theme related. A custom theme basically adds to memory use since they are more complex than the standard theme, and of course, they're running all the time just like some apps. The more complex the theme (graphics intensive, fades and zooms, etc.) the more memory it will use and usually not give back. I've noticed this with just about any theme I've tried. Running the default theme, I can go for quite a few days before my memory starts to get down low enough where I have to think about rebooting to refresh. Run any custom theme and memory will drop to the warning level within a day or two at the most if I'm lucky. Some are worse than others, but really none are immune. If one doesn't mind rebooting more often to regain memory, then using a custom theme shouldn't be an issue. I prefer to go through the inconvenience of rebooting as little as possible, so I mostly stick with the default theme.

Upgrade to OS 5.0.0.681. Keep only 1 or 2 themes on your phone and use themes that users have reviewed as being good ones as far as memory usage. With .681 you will be able to use third party themes and not have anywhere near as much memory loss as on .509.
