    I got my Bold four months ago and after a week the stand by key didn't work. Now its working sometimes and not others. Would I get a new Bold if I call Rogers and told them about the problem?

    You should call and they will tell you your options. They might try to fix it over the phone

    Yeah I wonder this too. I've had my Bold on the order of 3 months now and the standby/mute key hardly works. I normally just lock my phone now, but it is kind of disheartening. I have AT&T. I've been thinking about asking them about it though. If they replaced it, I wouldn't complain. Anyone know about AT&T and their warranty?

    Look like this problem is more common than I thought. I just locked (keyboard locked) mine but it doesn't keep the battery as long

    Rogers policy is within the first 30 days, you get a new phone. After that, you get a new refurbished device.

    Ill take a refurb, no problem. Ill go to Rogers when I'm back in Canada and ill definitely put a screen protector on the refurb.
