    Earlier today my blackberry bold 9000 started to freeze up, you know when you get the little hourglass.

    So I decided to pull out the battery and put it back it in. I didn't wait the full 30 seconds before I put it back in, but the phone didn't start back up. Ever since then, I've tried the following:

    -Removed battery for at least 5 minutes and re-insert, nothing.
    -Plug into USB power with no battery, nothing.
    -Plug into USB power with battery, nothing.
    -Plug into wall power with no battery, nothing.
    -Plug into wall power with battery, nothing.
    -Leave plugged into wall power for several hours with battery, nothing.

    I have no damn clue how to proceed. I'm about to call AT&T with a demand for a new phone. I'm paying 5 bucks a month in insurance and they charge another $120 to replace a smart phone...

    Take a deep breath .. all will be well soon!

    Remove the battery for a FULL 24 HOURS
    When you replace the battery the phone will re-set and work correct.

    If the above does not work then apply this:
