    I have problem with my bb bold unlock from at&t. i want to get internet service on my bb. I call tmobile then I tell them i want internet service and then a person who is from tmobile tell to turn off and take off the battery the bold, and he say it should be work after the bold turn on again, but it still doesnt work. the edge network still lowercase. is there any way to fix my problem? I already call tmobile they say the setting from tmobile have been set and there is nothing wrong from tmobile. I switch my sim card to my friend's bb and the internet service is work. is there any way to fix my problem.

    my OS is Blackberry 9000 (3G, Wi-Fi) V4.6.0.167 (Platform 4.0.0.217)

    Did you register your Bold with TMobile Blackberry internet service?

    Call RIM BB support. But first make sure your phone is properly provisioned for BIS or BES on their Service. Have them try to send you a PIN message to see if your phone is at lease properly provisioned at RIM and on their network. If PIN msg don't work, then you need to get that fixed first.

    It appears your SIM is correctly provisioned because it works in a different device.

    Make sure data service is enabled in the phone menus. Manage Connections/Data Services. Select "On"

    Check your phone is correctly registered.
    Options/Advanced/Host Routing Table/<menu button>/Register Now.

    Your profile says T-Mobile. Go into email setup on the T-Mo BIS webserver (from a pc, or from your phone's Setup/Email icon). Login and Send Service Books. (If you don't have a login that would explain your problem, so make an account and setup your phone).

    is that because my BB pin number has been blocked? if yes, how can I unblock the pin? couple months ago i have internet service, same sim card, same phone, it worked and then I closed the service. now i want the internet service again, but it doesnt work.

    Sorry if I missed it where you said this but, has the pin been released by AT&T as well? I know that sometimes they'll give you an unlock code, but they don't release the pin. Not sure if that would be causing any of this...if not, pay no attention to me.

    If it was working before, that shouldn't be an issue, but it might be worth checking out
