I just got my warranty replaced bold in the mail and I am away until the 17th without a computer. It has .167 on it which is awfully slow and bad for battery. Is there any way to upgrade os without a computer?

That won't work for AT&T. .167 is their latest official upgrade. You need a computer if you want to install a more recent official upgrade from a different carrier.

For instance, I would not have been able to install .282 OTA, since it is not on the list of official AT&T OS yet. It works great (better than .167), but I needed my PC to download it and install it.
