Has anyone know what's the meaning of Work Space (click to unlock, but I cannot unlock it) in the Blend settings?
And one more thing, my Q10 and Blend on iPad cannot connect through Mobile Network, but BlackBerry said it can. Anyone knows how? Many thanks

That's for BlackBerry Balance. You need to be on BES12 for Blend's Workside to work.

Are you absolutely certain about this? Maybe a restriction in his IT Policy is blocking this? From what I've seen it specifically states this.

I was told by my IT person that my employer needs to upgrade to BES12 before they unlock it. So perhaps it might work on BES10 but my employer felt it would be best to be on 12 for whatever reason.

I worry that your employer has a middleman stating advice.
IT person should double-check directly or your emplorer directly with BB.
NOTE: Always, always always consult the BB database ... blackberry.com/btsc

Unable to drag a file to the computer from the File Manager in BlackBerry Blend
    Article ID: KB36316
    Last Modified: 12-12-2014

When attempting to drag a file from the File Manager in BlackBerry Blend to a location on the computer, the file is not copied and no error is displayed.

This behavior is expected, as this functionality has not yet been included in BlackBerry Blend.

To save the file to a location on the computer, right-click the file in the File Manager, and choose Save As.

Note: This behavior may also occur when attempting to move a folder from the desktop to the BlackBerry Smartphone

BlackBerry Blend IT Policies are not applied to the BlackBerry 10 Smartphone
    Article ID: KB36374
    Last Modified: 10-15-2014

Even with the correct BlackBerry Blend IT Policies set to Allow and assigned to a BlackBerry 10 smartphone, the Work space or Work Browser cannot be unlocked using the correct password in BlackBerry Blend. The following error is displayed:

Work Data is Blocked by an IT Policy. Please contact your administrator to request access

The BlackBerry Enterprise Management Web Service did not detect the correct number of policies in the BlackBerry Enterprise Service database, as BlackBerry Blend policies are new to BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.2.4

BlackBerry Blend policy rules added to the Software tab in BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.2.4 are as follows:

    BlackBerry Blend
BlackBerry Blend Access to Work Data
BlackBerry Blend Access to Work Files
Blackberry Blend Access to the Work Browser

For more info refer to the BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.2.4 Policy Reference Spreadsheet - BlackBerry Device Service in the Administration section by clicking HERE

Err okay. Perhaps I misunderstood. Maybe we need to upgrade to a higher version of BES10, but not necessary 12. No clue. I'm a 1 of 40,000 employees. A tiny speck.

From the installation and configuration guide, under the System Requirements on page 7:
BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.2.4 or later
Administrators must purchase a license for each user. For more information, visit BlackBerry Blend in the Enterprise.
I'm not really sure what the per-user cost is though. This page says $28, but it doesn't say what that's for: per user, or just for activating Blend on your BES.
