I cannot figure out how to correct my location in the settings. When I go to maps it still thinks I'm in Oregon; even with location turned on.

    Has a reboot fixed it?

First run BBVE and confirm your GPS is operational.

I'm assuming your using the default BlackBerry Maps.
Disable location services. Clear recent history.
Go in to Settings, Security, App permissions and disable ALL location permissions in Maps, Weather, etc..
Open any app which utilizes location service and delete history of locations.
    Reboot device as suggested.
Open BlackBerry maps. It should display "can't access location" and direct you to settings. Doso and enable Location services.

If this solves your issue then enable all Location permissions as needed in your apps.

If this doesn't work check if you have any "competing" map apps e.g. Android or BB and delete those. Reboot and try again.

    Lastly, reload OS.

Clearing your "Maps" cache should do it. My Google Maps (on an Android) used to think I was in Qatar when I was in So. California.

I've been so busy I haven't been able to try anything other than a soft reset because it took me all day to backup my current content. Regardless, I just checked my location and it tells me I'm exactly where I should be. Thanks for everyone's suggestions! This is my first BlackBerry and I was feeling pretty clueless. If it happens again I'll know what to try.

Good to know that a simple, reboot took care of it. Cheers!
