I'm using BlackBerry Blend for Mac OSX version 1.1.0.20.

On the Blackberry website I can see for download the version 1.1.0.29. No information on what the new release offers...

When I download and instal the "new" version I get and continue to use the same 1.1.0.20

Has anyone upgraded successfully? What did you get? Any suggestion on how to do it?

you can't upgrade the app on your Mac? you go to the website, click on the version you want and it installs. Are you sure the version installed on your Mac is not the newest one?

Try uninstalling, rebooting and installing the new version.

Also, make sure you downloaded the new version.

    Cleaning temp and cache helps.

    Nothing works.

I'm downloading from the Blackberry.com website. Still getting version 1.1.0.20.

Any further suggestions? Has anyone upgraded successfully? Any relevant feature I'm missing by not upgrading?

    Thanks.

How do you uninstall something on a Mac? I don't know but if you do then uninstall Blend first before you install the newer version.

When you download the software, you get an "Uninstall" option:
