    After updating to 10.3.2.500, my Blend won't recognize the device anymore. I keep getting the "turn on Blend on your device" error, but it's on!

    I've uninstalled/reinstalled a couple times.. no difference.

    I've had the same problem with my Passport on 500. Blend doesn't seem to be running properly on the phone. When you click connect or reconnect on your computer, open Blend on your phone. It will connect then.

    500 is buggy.

    I have had to turn allow connections off on the phone and then turn them back on a couple times. Seems to work.

    Hmm, that doesn't seem to help either. I'll keep trying.

    This is true.

    Close, but no cigar.
    It "established a secure connection", but then still "can't connect".

    So frustrating.

    Just to say I have got the same update and I am using Windows 7 and a BlackBerry blend is working perfectly. I am extremely happy with it. I am using a Z 30.. I believe the are lots more potential with this software. It is really exciting. If blackberry could add some more features not sure if you can edit your contacts........, but as is customary with this sort of thing... The more one gets is a more one wants I am sure everyone will agree..... Upwards and forwards blackberry forever

    I just started seeing this also. All I do is turn blend off on the phone and then back on and it connects.

    Just updated my BlackBerry Blend today encounter some problem as original complaint I have a Z10 also, tried various suggestions in this tread still no luck just wondering if this is a Z10 & blend issue perhaps???
