If I use camera from original camera app, it says "the camera can't access sd card" , but I can use the camera normally using other apps or using camera inside other apps such as whatsapp or else. The sd card is normal.
Yes, I can use other apps, but can I fix this and what's the cause of the problem?

Hold down the the power button for 32 seconds.

Tried, but not fix the problem

It seems the sd card is corrupted. Plug the SD card on your computer to see if the computer can read the card.
