    Hi folks,

I got a bricked Aurora here, keeps showing the fastboot menu and can't go anywhere else.

Is there any report about using ADB to hard reset it?

thanks in advance for any input (y)

    I'd contact support....

As far as I know they never released an Autoloader for the Aurora.

Pretty much, there's nothing to reload over ADB anyway. You'd have to contact support.

But let us (and others) know what they tell you. Especially if the send you a link to a file to download of something.

If they say you have to send it too them... crazy.
If they say it's out of warranty and too bad.... sad.

I will, still have to consult to my superiors first since this is an office property.
but I will update us with any detail if my bosses give the green light.

How did you get the contact support in Indonesia?
I believe any android-blackberry phones that come in Indonesia is under the BBMP (merah putih) warranty from years back and later (due to some regulation called TKDN, any phones should be at least assembled inhouse and BBMP responsible for BB devices distribution).

Did they have good services and availability in contact?

The info is available in BBMo's website, actually.
I haven't tried contacting them, though, still wanted to know if there's a DIY solution. Which apparently not 😁

Aurora isn't a BBMo product, they won't support it.

If in Indonesia you would contact BB Merah Putih's support centershttps://bbmerahputih.co.id/service-center/

Yes, you're right, I stand corrected
apparently the product is shown in BB's own website but only provides a link to BBMP's website.
